The High Performance Program (HPP) has been created to foster three key areas in our youth displaying the motivation and desire to compete:

12 month program running year round with a two week break over Christmas – New Years. Deload weeks will be programmed for other school holiday breaks but coached sessions will continue during this time.

  • Try out is a 2 hour testing session
  • Testing on the wall technique and skill
  • Testing off the wall baseline fitness metrics
