Bould Move Challenge Terms & Conditions
The following product-specific Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions which can be found here, Waiver and Bould Rules:
1. Bould Move Challenge Product Eligibility:
- To be eligible for the Challenge price, you must join with a team of 3.
- Members are allowed to join with other members.
- There can only be 1 Bould Plus or Bould Premium member per team.
- There can only be 1 Past Challenger per team to receive the discounted Challenge pricing.
- If you do not have a team you can go on a wait list to be paired with other individuals by contacting us at hello@bouldmove.com.au if you don’t have a team and we can pair, you up with other challengers.
2. Challenge Product Fees:
- If you meet the eligibility criteria, the Challenge price is $39 per week for 6 weeks.
- If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, the Challenge price is $65 per week For 6 weeks.
3. Payment Terms:
- For the duration of the Challenge OR 6 weeks.
- It is a 6-week commitment. 6 weeks must be paid regardless of use.
- No refunds, partial or thereabouts, will be provided.
- At the conclusions of the Challenge:
- Members will return to their current membership tier and payments will continue in accordance with this.
- Non-Members: payments will cease unless you have selected a Bould Move Membership here.
4. Access/Use of Challenge services:
- BTR sessions must be booked 1 hour prior to the session commencing. If no booking is made, we reserve our right to refuse you entry.
- Guests must wear bouldering shoes on the wall.
- Shoe hire is not included – $7 to hire bouldering shoes.
- To book a sauna session, you must arrive with two towels (1 to sit on and 1 to lean your back on) otherwise, towel hire is $5 per towel.
- Membership benefits are only redeemable by use of the members name, member QR code and/or membership number and are not in conjunction with any other offers.
5. Prizes:
- Prizes are awarded according to the category.
- Categories will be set prior to commencement of the Challenge.
- We reserve the right to change or update the prizes or categories at any point.
- Prizes will be provided at the conclusion of the Games.
- You must be in attendance at the Games to be awarded a prize for any category.
- If prizes consist of supporters or sponsors, we cannot be responsible for the timely supply of these items. We will do our best to ensure they are available. If they are not, we will do our best, but are not required, to provide a reasonable replacement.
6. Conclusion of the Challenge:
- Current Members: you will revert back to your membership tier and regular payments.
- Non-Members: access will cease unless you have selected a Bould Move Membership here.
