BouldFit™ delivers high to moderate intensity group workout designed and developed for all levels of fitness.

BouldFit™ is created and run by our in-house physiotherapist and it covers: strength, power, mobility, coordination and endurance. 

The training includes resistance and gymnastics strength training, prehabilitation pieces, callisthenics, compound and olympic lifting, bouldering, accessory training and metabolic conditioning at both moderate and high intensity levels.

Developing a training culture within Bould Move will position our members and visitors to achieve mental and physical ownership and success.

At Bould Move, we want our members to succeed in their bouldering and fitness goals and the only way to achieve this is through regular and consistent training. BouldFit™ is offered up to 5 sessions a day, 6 days a week

High-Intensity Cardio

Cardiorespiratory endurance is an area that is vital in building a healthy, fit and well-rounded human.

Every BouldFit™ workout will lead to a stronger cardiorespiratory system, with some days testing you more than others. 

Mobility & Strength Training

Mobility training leads to Mo' Ability

Mobility has always had its place in the bouldering world. This is most commonly seen in the form of yoga classes being offered at your usual climbing gym. Bouldering and rock climbing are power-endurance sports. Power-endurance sports require mobility training over flexibility training. 

So when it comes to mobility, the BouldFit™ way is very different.

Your BouldFit™ coach will never allow you to half perform a movement. The common training cue that can be heard across the training space is “Long and Strong”, meaning we expect you to perform the intended movement through your full available range.

With this type of training you will quickly realise your full potential to be strong and resilient throughout any range of motion.

  • Strength training classes daily with BouldFit™.
  • Mobility Thursday each week in our BouldFit™ line up. 
  • A dedicated 3m x 4m tatami-matted mobility space.
  • Self mobilisation tools such as rollers, floss bands and massage guns.
