  • Mon 13 Oct @ 5:15am: Challenge commences
  • Fri 31 Oct @ 4:30pm: Halfway celebrations! Social Bouldering Night
  • Fri 21 Nov @ All Day: Last day of the Challenge!
  • Sat 22 Nov @ 2:00pm to 4:30pm: Bould Move Games Day!
  • Sat 22 Nov @ 5:00pm to late: Bould Move Challenge & Games After Party
  • Sun 23 Nov @11:59pm: Bould Move Challenge – New member deal deadline cutoff

Prizes - Well of Course!

In typical Challenge style, there will be great prizes going to a number of categories:
  • Podium Winners of the Games - this is teams that get 1st, 2nd or 3rd.
  • Most Team Attendances - Your teams venue check-ins will be added together.
  • Most improved - Male/Female - Pretty straight forward. Oh this one is individual.
  • Best Team Photo - All team members need to be involved. Make sure you tag @bouldmove to be eligible.
  • Funniest Video - This can be team or individual but you can only win once (for those cheaky folks out there😊). Make sure you tag @bouldmove to be eligible.

Breaking Some 6 Week Challenge Myths

Reality: This challenge is for anyone looking to get fitter, stronger and leaner in new ways.
While bouldering is part of the mix, beginners are more than welcome! Whether you’re new or experienced, this challenge will help improve your performance.

Reality: We design this challenge for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to seasoned pros.
No matter your starting point, our coaches will guide you to achieve incredible results, tailored to your abilities.

Reality: Our approach is simple – “do your best for that day.”
We’ll challenge what you think you’re capable of, but ultimately, this is about connecting with your body and learning to move better. Strength, endurance, and power will come, without the pressure of an all-or-nothing mindset.

Reality: This challenge blends bouldering, training, and recovery, so you don’t have to sacrifice your regular sessions.
