Bould Move Challenge Terms & Conditions
These Product Specific Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the Bould Move Challenge and are to be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions, Waiver, and Bould Rules found here.
1. Challenge Fees
- Eligible teams: $0 per person, per week for 6 weeks.
- Non-eligible participants: $45 per person, per week for 6 weeks.
2. Challenge Price Eligibility
- To access the Challenge price, you must register as a team of 3.
- Teams may include existing Bould Move members.
- Only one Bould Premium member is allowed per team to get the Challenge Price.
- If you don’t have a team, you can still join and we can help find you a team.
- If we are able to pair you with other challengers, we’ll notify you before the Challenge begins. Otherwise we will notify you that you have to pay $65 per week unless you can find a team.
3. Booking & Access to Bould Move Services
- BTR (Boulder. Train. Recover) group sessions must be booked at least 1 hour prior to the session start time. Entry may be refused if no booking is made.
- Sauna sessions must be booking at least 1 hour prior to the session start time. Entry may be refused if no booking is made.
- Bookings for Sauna’s and BTR Sessions must be made online.
- Head to our website here
- Select a BTR session under the Train Heading
- Select your date and add 1 ticket to your cart (you can add more than 1 date and time in one booking so book up your week or more!)
- Enter your details AND your membership Number.
- Review your booking and discounts that are applied. If you have run out of uses, you may need to pay for any additional sessions.
- Arrive 5 minutes before you session and advise one of our friendly team members!
4. Equipment & Usage
- Bouldering shoes must be worn on the wall at all times.
- Shoe hire is available for $7 per session.
- Sauna requires 2 towels (1 to sit on, 1 for your back). Towel hire is available at $5 per towel.
5. Membership Benefits Access
- To access the venue, members must scan thier barcode everytime they enter the venue.
- Members may bring 1 friend (Base or Plus Memberships) or 2 friends (Premium Membership) for free per calendar month.
- Benefits are redeemable only by scanning thier barcode at the register.
- Benefits cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
6. Prizes
- Prizes will be awarded based on predefined categories, announced before the Challenge begins.
- We reserve the right to update categories or prizes at any time.
- Prizes will be distributed at the conclusion of the Games.
- You must be present at the Games to receive a prize.
- If prizes are provided by sponsors, we are not responsible for delays or availability. We’ll do our best to provide a suitable replacement if necessary, but are not obligated to do so.
7. Billing & Suspension
- The Challenge is a 6-week commitment.
- Full payment for 6 weeks is required, regardless of attendance or usage.
- No refunds (full or partial) will be issued.
- At the conclusion of the Challenge:
- Members will revert to their existing membership tier and payment schedule.
- Non-members will lose access unless a Bould Move membership is selected here.
- All current members memberships pricing will be automatically updated if you meet the Challenge Pricing Eligibility.
8. Cancellations
- No refunds (full or partial) are provided.
9. End of Challenge
- Current Members: will automatically return to their regular membership tier and payment schedule.
- Non-Members: access will end unless a Bould Move membership is selected here.
10. Waiver & Responsibility
- All guests must review and sign a waiver prior to attendance.
- It is the guest’s responsibility to complete the waiver, which is a requirement of purchase.
- Waviers expire every 12 months. You will be issued an email reminding you to complete a new waiver. You must complete a new waiver when the request is received.
- Without a valid waiver, we reserve the right to refuse you entry to the venue.
