Terms & Conditions:
- Memberships can be put on hold for a minimum period of 2 weeks and for a maximum of 8 weeks.
- Membership hold requests that are less than 2 weeks will not be accepted.
- Holds are for the purpose of injury, illness or holidays.
- Hold requests will be applied 3 days after the Membership Hold Form is submitted.
- Upon expiration of the hold date, member’s accounts will automatically become active and payments resume.
- If your require the hold to continue, you must let us know 2 business days before the Hold End Date.
- If you do wish to return sooner than your Hold End Date please email hello@bouldmove.com.au of your intended return date.
