REFERRAL PROGRAM T&Cs
1. Eligibility for Referring Members:
- Referring members must have booked and attended a FREE Intro Session and obtained a referral code. The booking number for the intro session also serves as the referral code.
- Referring members must be on a full-priced membership. Promotional memberships, such as free trials or discounts, do not qualify for participation. Members can start on a promotional membership but cannot claim the reward until they transition to a full-priced membership.
2. Eligibility for Referred Members:
- The referred member must not be on a promotional membership or use any other discount. They must sign up for a full-priced membership to ensure eligibility for both the referring and referred members.
- The referral code must be used at checkout during the sign-up process for the referred member to be eligible for the referral reward.
3. Referral Reward Conditions:
- The referral reward will be paid once the referred friend or family member has made four successful weekly payments for any full-priced membership or has purchased a full-priced annual membership.
- The referral reward amount will be determined by the membership tier that the referring member is on at the time the new member uses the referral code at checkout.
- Referral rewards cannot be backdated or processed manually after the referred friend or family member has signed up for a membership. The referral code must be entered at the time of sign-up.
4. Referral Code Usage:
- The referral code, which is either located in the member’s Member Pack received at the Intro Session or the 19-digit booking number for the Intro Session, must be entered as a discount code at the checkout during the new member’s sign-up.
- The referral code must be used at the time of the referred member’s sign-up. It cannot be applied retroactively after the sign-up process has been completed.
5. General Terms:
- Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of compensation.
- Bould Move reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Any fraudulent or abusive behavior related to the referral program, including but not limited to the creation of fake accounts, will result in disqualification from the program and possible termination of memberships.
6. Liability:
- Bould Move accepts no liability for any issues arising from the referral program, including but not limited to the failure to receive referral rewards due to improper use of referral codes or violation of these terms.
- The decision of Bould Move in all matters related to the referral program is final and binding.
7. Compliance:
- By participating in the referral program, both the referring and referred members agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
8. Updates to Terms & Conditions:
- Bould Move reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the member’s responsibility to review the terms periodically.
