Pillar’s Triple Magnesium aka My Sleeping Buddy

Triple Magnesium for recovery has been my ultimate night-time ritual. If you struggle with restless legs, poor sleep, or muscle cramps after long bouldering sessions, this supplement might just be your new best friend.


What is it? 
 

Triple Magnesium is a magnesium supplement designed to support muscle contractions, relaxation and recovery.

How I use it?  
 

I add a scoop (natural berry flavour) with a few cracks of Australian sea salt to a glass of water 30 minutes before bed.  

I occasionally have a scoop in the morning when the muscles aren’t easily operable. For bouldering recovery, this helps reduce cramps and soreness after hard training sessions, so I can keep moving the next day.

 
Why I chose it?   

I chose this as my first Recovery Product to review because this is a supplement that noticeably improves my day-to-day functioning. I sleep deeper, have less muscle cramps and soreness, and zero restless legs symptoms.
