What is it?
The Trigger Ball massage tool is a compact, portable massage tool designed to target and release muscle tension. Made from durable, high-density rubber, it provides deep tissue massage to help alleviate pain and improve muscle function.

How I use it?
I have been rolling my body for a while, so i have developed a ‘sense’ of when i need it. I mostly use it now when required or if it has been particularly big week around the shoulders.
Here are some of my favourite ways to use it:
- 2 minutes each foot on a leg-based day in the gym (or whenever my feet, ankles are feeling a bit beat)
- 2+ minutes each hamstring once a week on any heavy deadlift cycle
- 10+ minutes everywhere around the upper back as needed, when i have headaches and at the end of big days.
- 5+ minutes on upper glutes whenever my lower back feels ‘tight’
Why I chose it?
I chose the Trigger Ball massage tool because it’s incredibly effective at relieving muscle tension and pain. It’s small enough to carry in my gym bag. It’s a must-have for anyone serious about their recovery and overall muscle health.
