What is it? 
Loop bands are stretchy resistance bands in a circular shape, designed for strength training, mobility exercises, and rehabilitation. They come in various levels of resistance and are perfect for targeting smaller muscle groups, improving flexibility, or adding intensity to workouts. How I use it? 
I use loop bands for warm-ups, activating glutes before bouldering, and building overall stability. They’re my go-to for lower body strength exercises like squats, lateral walks, and even for adding a burn to pull-up progressions. Using loop bands for bouldering regularly helps improve joint stability and prevents injuries. If I didn’t have a set, I’d keep one in my bag for impromptu stretching or travel-friendly workouts.

Why I chose it? 
I chose loop bands for their versatility and portability. Plus, after my first session with them, I realized they can make even a simple squat feel like a full-body workout. They’re compact enough to throw in a gym bag and effective enough to make you question if you skipped leg day. Also, who doesn’t love a piece of equipment that fits in your pocket?
