REFERRAL PROGRAM T&Cs
Before diving in, here are the Referral Program T&Cs for Bould Move members. Please read carefully so you can enjoy the rewards without missing a step.
1. Eligibility for Referring Members:
- Referring members must have an active, full-priced Bould Move membership and a unique referral code generated through Cultcha.
- Members on promotional memberships, including free trials or discounted memberships, are not eligible to claim referral rewards. Members may make referrals while on a promotional membership, but they must transition to a full-priced membership before they can claim the reward.
2. Eligibility for Referred Members:
- The referred friend or family member must sign up for a full-priced Bould Move membership.
- Promotional memberships, free trials, discounted memberships or other promotional offers do not qualify as successful referrals.
- The referred member must use the referring member’s unique referral code when signing up.
- The referral code must be entered during the sign-up process and cannot be applied retrospectively.
3. Referral Reward Conditions:
- The referring member will receive a $75 gift card for each successful referral.
- A referral becomes eligible for the reward once the referred member has remained on an eligible full-priced Bould Move membership for 4 weeks.
- For annual memberships paid upfront, the referral will be eligible once the applicable referral requirements have been met.
- Each eligible referral earns a separate $75 gift card. Each time. Every time.
- Referral rewards cannot be backdated or manually applied where a valid referral code was not used during sign-up.
4. Referral Code Usage:
- Each eligible member receives a unique referral code through Cultcha.
- To find your referral code:
- Open Cultcha and go to the Home tab.
- Tap Refer a Friend.
- Copy or share your unique referral code.
- Your friend must use this referral code when signing up for their full-priced Bould Move membership.
- Referral codes cannot be added after the membership sign-up has been completed.
5. Gift Card Conditions:
- Referral gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Gift cards are subject to any applicable Bould Move gift card terms and conditions.
- Bould Move may withhold or cancel a referral reward where the eligibility requirements have not been met.
6. General Terms:
- Bould Move reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
- Any fraudulent, misleading or abusive behaviour relating to the Referral Program, including the creation of fake accounts or referrals, may result in disqualification from the program and/or cancellation of referral rewards.
- Bould Move reserves the right to determine whether a referral meets the eligibility requirements of the program.
7. Liability:
- Bould Move accepts no liability for referral rewards not being issued due to an incorrect or missing referral code, failure to meet the eligibility requirements or other circumstances outside Bould Move’s reasonable control.
- Bould Move’s decision regarding eligibility for referral rewards is final.
8. Agreement to These Terms:
By participating in the Referral Program, both the referring member and the referred member agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Bould Move reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Members are encouraged to review the current terms before making a referral
