The Bould Move 6 Week Challenge combines bouldering, targeted training, and essential recovery techniques to help you feel, move, and look stronger and fitter. Designed by our team of professionals, this program ensures you engage in specialised workouts each week that focus on getting fitter, stronger and leaner.

The Bould Move Games are a perfect way to finish the 6 Week Challenge with your fellow Challengers.
Together, your team will have the opportunity to showcase the skills developed and earned throughout the previous six weeks.
The Bould Move Games is a multi-event test of strength, fitness and bouldering like nothing else that currently exists.
The Games are a celebration of what we have achieved together, along with awards for Attendance, Athlete’s Athlete and of course, the crowning of The Games Champion Team.

This program is created by Bould Move’s in-house physiotherapist, Christian. While his professional background is in physiotherapy, the most impactful aspect of his journey comes from overcoming his own movement challenges.
For 12 years, Christian struggled with chronic lower back pain, movement avoidance, and fear. Through dedication, he learned to reconnect with his body and now dedicates his expertise to helping others do the same. Over the last two decades, he has invested thousands of hours training and seeking guidance from world-renowned movers, refining his understanding of effective movement.
Christian lives by the motto: “To limit one’s movement potential is to limit one’s life’s potential.” His mission is to empower individuals to tap into their full physical capabilities, enabling them to move with purpose, confidence, and strength. He understands that “looking good” is a major reason a lot of people move. He hopes to educate that aesthetics is a side effect of taking care of yourself with smart training, nutrition and recovery.
