MEMBER REFFERAL FAQs
The Bould Move Referral Program is designed to reward our members for bringing friends and family into our community. When you refer someone who signs up for a full-priced membership, you can earn a referral reward.
To be eligible, you need to be on a full-priced membership. Your referral code is generated automatically in the Cultcha app.
To find your referral code:
- Go to the Home tab.
- Tap Refer a Friend.
- Copy or share your unique referral code with your friends.
Share your code with the new member, and they’ll need to use it at checkout when signing up for a full-priced membership. This is how we’ll know who referred them!
No, you need to be on a full-priced membership to earn referral rewards. While you can start with a promotional membership, you must switch to a full-priced membership before you can claim any rewards.
The more, the merrier! You can invite as many friends, family members, and coworkers as you like. Just make sure they use your referral code at sign-up. Each new member must be new to Bould Move and cannot use any promotional offers or discounts.
Your friends need to sign up for a full-priced membership and avoid using any promotional discounts or memberships. This ensures that both you and your friend meet the program’s eligibility criteria.
Referral rewards are granted once the referred friend or family member has made 4 successful weekly payments for a full-priced membership or purchased a full-priced annual membership.
No, referral rewards cannot be backdated or processed manually after the new member has completed their sign-up. The referral code must be entered during the sign-up process for the referral to be valid. So make sure they are using your code at the checkout.
If the referral code is not entered at the time of sign-up, you will not be eligible for the referral reward. Make sure the new member includes your referral code at checkout.
