Train Harder & Smarter at Bould Move
Workouts designed and delivered by professionals
Our signature BTR™ Classes delivers moderate to high intensity group workouts designed and developed for all levels of fitness.
BTR™ is created and run by our in-house physiotherapist and high-performance bouldering coach.
Boulder – learn skills from beginner to advanced with the Sunshine Coast’s most experienced and credentialed coach.
Train – our coaches and physiotherapist will be there to guide and encourage you through everything group fitness has to offer. Resistance and gymnastics strength training, prehabilitation pieces, calisthenics, compound and olympic lifting, accessory training and metabolic conditioning at both moderate and high intensity levels.
Recover – the essential component of a well-rounded program. Here you will slow down and listen to your body through – mobility, breathwork, meditation and zone 2 protocols.
